1. Select how many classes you will be attending each week for the eight-week period.
Each class runs for eight weeks for optimal results and proven long-term adherence.
Class passes are priced for 1, 2 or unlimited weeklly sessions per week.

1 session per week x 8 weeks = $224
2 sessions per week x 8 weeks = $432
Unlimited Group Training Sessions x 8 weeks = $450

GROUP TRAINING TIMETABLE

Find your perfect exercise prescription by choosing from the following classes;

FOAM ROLLING + CORE

Start your week feeling long and light with our special mix of stretching and foam rolling techniques. Foam rolling releases knots, relieves inflammation, and can also increase your range of motion, flexibility, and mobility. ​ ​

COREFORCE

Everything ends and begins in the middle. Strengthen trunk and glute muscles and boost balance, range of motion and posture whilst reducing lower back pain.

STRONG HIIT CIRCUIT

Power, posture and physical performance are the focus of this strength-based session that rounds out with the most effective dose of high-intensity cardio available. Join us for two of these each week and your mental and physical energy will soar. On Saturday’s  we turn it up to 10 with a strong HIIT out – the only  way to start the weekend.

WOMEN’S LIFTING CLASS

Learn how weight training, as part of a clinically supervised exercise medicine program, can help reduce your risk of: Bone loss, muscle weakness and loss, inflammation, falls & fractures and metabolic dysfunction during perimenopause and menopause.

LIFTWELL™ 18+

Strength and Conditioning (S&C) is foundational in all athletic pursuits and a cornerstone to good health. This class provides unique access to professional high-performance S&C instruction with one of only 3 x Master level S&C coaches in WA, NaruHiro “Geish” Hori.  With an emphasis on muscle groups and lifting technique, this class is ideal for weekend competitors and for all those that enjoy excellence and performing at their best.

LIFTWELL™ 12-17 years

Lifting safely to avoid injury and optimise performance outcomes is one of the most important skills a young athlete can learn.  Liftwell™ 12-17 years has been designed by one of only 3 x Master level S&C coaches in WA, NaruHiro “Geish” Hori to do just that. Students engaged in any of the Liftwell™ sessions are automatically eligible for certification (Level I, II, III) as their skills progress*.

Ultimately young people who undertake Liftwell™ 12-17 years will have the knowledge and confidence to use gyms and train independently and participate in any sports program with better preparedness.
