YOUTH & ADOLESCENT PROGRAMS

Our group classes and specialised programs address diverse needs through fun classes and programs for sports-specific strength and anxiety management.

Exercise serves as a vital tool for youth (6-15 years) and adolescents (16-21 years) to express themselves physically, aiding in verbal expression and emotional interpretation.

This age is marked by significant physical and mental demands, with growth-related pains such as Sinding Larsen Johannsson, Severs, and Osgood-Schlatters potentially hindering healthy activity. Proper management can minimise physical impacts, allowing adolescents to benefit from exercise in terms of hormonal balance, development, strength, and mood.

Led by accredited Exercise Physiologists & Sports Scientists, our youth programs provide enormous value for clinically supervised training.
