Strong HIIT Circuit
Power and performance meet high-intensity cardio. Boost your mental and physical energy with this strength-based session. On Saturdays, we turn it up to 10 for a weekend kickstart.
Women’s Lifting Class
Discover how weight training can reduce bone loss, muscle weakness, and metabolic dysfunction during perimenopause and menopause.
LIFTWELL™ 18+
A strength and conditioning (S&C) class designed by a Master-level coach to enhance lifting technique and athletic performance. Perfect for competitors and anyone striving for excellence.
LIFTWELL™ 12-17 years
A program for young athletes to lift safely, avoid injury, and optimize performance. Includes certification opportunities as skills progress.
